The pool is South West facing, giving you all day sunshine and beautiful sunsets. It is screened from the golf course by pine trees and set into a spacious extended deck which has a screen enclosure to protect you from Florida's insects. Careful landscaping of tropical plants and palm trees ensures your privacy from neighbouring homes without spoiling the views.
The deck is furnished with luxury padded sun loungers, chairs and two tables. A covered area with overhead fan provides shade and relief from the heat of the sun when required, and a George Foreman BBQ grill is available for preparation of those poolside meals.
The pool measures 30ft x 15ft and in the cooler winter months may be heated for an additional charge. Towels are provided for poolside use.
